Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Company Information
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) apply to all sales made through the online store Welcome Back Devil, operated by ROTARY RM, a company registered in France under SIRET number 80883172100036, with its registered office at 11 Rue Véron, 75018 Paris, France, represented by Cédric Gaudard.
2. Purpose
These Terms govern the contractual relationship between ROTARY RM (the “Seller”) and any individual or legal entity (the “Customer”) purchasing products through the Welcome Back Devil online store.
By placing an order, the Customer fully accepts these Terms without reservation.
3. Products
The products offered for sale include textiles such as t-shirts, hoodies, scarves, and earplugs, as presented on the website at the time of the order.
Each product is described as accurately as possible. However, minor variations in colors or materials may occur depending on display settings and manufacturing processes. Product photos are non-contractual.
4. Prices
All prices are indicated in euros (€), including VAT (TTC), but excluding delivery costs.
Delivery fees, if applicable, are displayed before the order confirmation and depend on the chosen delivery or collection method.
Prices may be modified at any time, but orders will be billed at the rate in effect at the time of validation.
5. Orders
Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms.
An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation email has been sent to the Customer.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of fraud, payment incident, or abnormal order quantity.
6. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, and other secure options available through Shopify Payments.
All payments are processed via a secure and encrypted system. The Seller never has access to Customer payment information.
7. Delivery and Collection
Customers may choose between standard shipping and on-site pickup (Click & Collect).
Click & Collect – Event Pickup
Orders can be collected on October 17, during the Welcome Back Devil event, at the designated pickup location communicated by the Seller.
For Click & Collect orders, no exchanges or refunds will be possible on-site, especially in cases of incorrect size selection. Customers are encouraged to verify sizes and descriptions before ordering.
Delivery
For shipped orders, delivery will be made to the address provided by the Customer.
Delays may occur depending on the carrier or force majeure events, and the Seller cannot be held responsible for such delays.
In case of damage or loss during shipment, the Customer must immediately notify both the carrier and the Seller, providing supporting evidence.
8. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of receipt of the order to return a product, without justification.
However, this right does not apply to:
Items collected on-site during the event (Click & Collect on October 17)
Products that have been worn, washed, or altered
Personalized or custom-made products
To exercise the withdrawal right, the Customer must contact welcomebackdevil4life@gmail.com (or the appropriate email) before returning the items, at their own expense, to:

Returned items must be in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
9. Refunds
When applicable, refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
Delivery costs are non-refundable.
10. Legal Warranty
All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects in accordance with French law.
In case of a defective or non-compliant item, the Customer must notify the Seller at welcome@welcomebackdevil.com with a photo and order reference.
11. Liability
The Seller shall not be liable for any damages resulting from misuse of the purchased products.
The Seller’s liability is limited to the amount of the order.
12. Intellectual Property
All content appearing on the Welcome Back Devil website (texts, images, logos, designs, and trademarks) is protected by intellectual property laws and remains the exclusive property of ROTARY RM.
Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
13. Personal Data
Customer information is collected and processed for order management and customer relations purposes, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law.
In case of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable resolution before taking legal action.
Failing that, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
